Thank you for your interest in having your garden included on the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society’s map of community gardens. This form is intended for the designated public representative for your community garden. The “Find a Community Garden Map” is not appropriate for private gardens or those places where members of the community cannot have a plot. If your community garden is currently full but may have openings in the future, please fill out the survey.

PHS offers gardening workshops and training programs that you can find at www.PHSonline.org; PHS is not able to offer material support in the form of plants, soil, or other resources.

PHS will contact you if your submission requires further information. PHS reserves the right to remove any garden that does not meet the requirements.
